You'll never change your life until you change something that you do daily. The secret of your success is found in your daily routine !

In the previous post we already explained the 2 steps towards creating and keeping a habit. Now its time to go further and look into the next 2 Steps of creating healthy and helping habits. 

Especially during this time its very important to not only live healthy for your own sake but also for the sake of the world, out environment; other creatures. Your health is their health. 


3. Make a minimum of 30 days commitment


You are save to go after 30 days of realising your new habit. The length of time actually really varies from person to person, from their age, living situation etc. For some less is enough and for some 1 month I not enough. 


4. Create Accountability for your habit and share 


As we know, doing and committing to things together is always easier. So maybe you find buddy or a community for support. 

Also you are more likely to follow through with a commitment when you are observed by others. To stick with this new routine, you should let others know about your effort and goals. 

Maybe social media platforms help, apps to track your progress. Do things to get reinforcement from others in support of your new routine. And maybe you can inspire and motivate somebody else as well. 


Never underestimate the power of social approval. We thrive on human connection. Simply knowing you will be held accountable for your habits keeps you focused ans consistent.
